The hostel was next to the main hotel which was nice as we got free breakfast there every morning. The hostel was clean, modern and had everything we needed. We loved our stay here and extended it, it’s in a great location, near shops and restaurants and not far to walk to main tourist attractions. The TV had Netflix and prime etc which was nice for longer stays when you don’t want to go out every night. Safe quiet neighbourhood.

The girls on reception were wonderful. It’s a really good location for walking round the city and close to the metro line. The kitchen facilities were good and the bathrooms were clean with great showers and hot water. We left our bags there most of the day after check out for free.

This is hard to rate because when I went to check-in the "La Casa del Lado" was in maintenance, yet they gave me a very good room at the hotel next door, which was way better for was I was originally paying for. Personal and speed on solving this issue was pretty smooth too.
